I have been working with many people on different projects. (as below: Browser=WashU Epigenome Browser)

Shane Liu is a undergraduate student in Computer Science at University of Michigan. He develops new features and functions on the
WashU Epigenome Browser project. He is also developing the frontend portal of the
IGVF catalog.
Jiawei Shen is a undergraduate student in Computer Science at WashU. He is working on developing the
Repeat Browser.
Wenjin Zhang is a graduate student in Ting’s lab. He helped developing frontend of first version of WashU IGVF catalog. He is working on developing mobile app for
the SMaHT project. He is also helping building the new Wang lab computational cluster.
Prashant Kumar Kuntala is a graduate student in Ting’s lab. He helped developing the data portal of
the TaRGET project. He is also helping building the new Wang lab computational cluster.
Past#
Everett Cui learned how to build website with Hugo in summer 2023. He later started build website in squarespace.
Anderson Dai learned how to build website with Hugo in summer 2023.
Xiaowen Ma worked on building backend database and API for the IGVF catalog (testing) project. She went to Georgia tech as a master student.
Siyuan (Ryan) Cheng worked on Repeat Browser processing and analysis pipeline development. He went to MD Anderson for graduate school.
Erica Shi learned React and JavaScript and coded the dark/light theme feature in WashU Epigenome Browser. She went to WashU for college.
Kyle Sha learned how to build website with Hugo and coded the first version of current
Wang lab website.
Deepak Purushotham did paried code review for Browser, wrote the previous version of Repeat Browser. Deepak joined Moderna, Inc. as a scientist.
Angela Wu helped build the human ENCODE and Roadmap datahubs in the Browser. She later became a data analyst at Kansas Health Institute.
Samuel Chen helped Browser code testing druing a few summers, he helped build datahub for compative browser. Samuel went to Yale for college.
Vincent Xu helped testing the Browser code during summer 2019. Vincent later wrote the
Comparative Epigenomics in Mammalian Brain site. Vincent joined WashU for college.
Justin Xu learned JavaScript and React coding in summer 2019. He joined WashU for college.
Jason Xu learned JavaScript and React coding in summer 2019 and helped Browser code testing. He joined Missouri University of Science & Technology for college.
David Ayeke coded some part of the BAM track support in WashU Epigenome Browser. David went to Pizza Hut later.
Silas Hsu wrote most of the code of current
WashU Epigenome Browser around 2018, and co-first authored
the Browser 2019 NAR paper. Silas later entered UIUC for a PhD program in Computer Science.
